Optimizing RFID Tags Identification:  UHF RFID Near-Field Antenna

It is not realistic to expect a long reading distance from the UHF Near-Field Antenna H86-MA-IN2. You can expect different characteristics as opposed to a patch antenna, including a precise reading distance with a tolerance of +/- 5 mm.

That is why this antenna is suitable for robotics and industrial applications or RFID projects where there may be a necessity to identify UHF RFID tags in very close proximity. The antenna can be placed on any surface, including metal, without the need to worry about its specifications.
